There are no higher designations in the home inspection industry.

I successfully completed classes with the International Code Council (ICC) in: 2000 International Property Maintenance Course; 2003 & 2006 Residential Plumbing code; 2003 Residential Electrical Code; 2006 Mechanical Code; 2003, 2006, 2009, 2012, & 2015 Residential Building Code Courses.  These courses were sponsored by the Middle Mississippi Building Officials’ Association and/or by the Northwest Mississippi Building Officials Association.

I am a Charter Member of Home Inspectors of Tennessee Home Inspectors (HITA). I have been an Accredited BBB Member since 11/1/1999. I have been in business since 1988. During this time, I have expanded my knowledge and experience.

I am also licensed by the state of Tennessee (license #156) and a Charter Member and Master Home Inspector with Home Inspectors of Tennessee Association (HITA). I am also licensed by the State of Mississippi (license #117NH) with a designation that qualifies him to conduct “New Homes“ in the state of Mississippi. David inspected the home that we have under contract to purchase. He took his time going through our future home in great detail. After he completed his full inspection of the house, David walked us through it visually to show us the most important things that needed our attention.
